The constitution test helps identify an individual's inherent physical characteristics to guide suitable eating habits. The temperament and personality test reveals inborn traits and those developed through life experiences.

The four types of constitution, temperament, and personality were conceptualized by Korean physician Lee Je-ma (1837–1900) based on his research and clinical experience. His work, Donguisusebowon, contains the accumulated findings of these four types. His theory was grounded in Confucian classics such as the Doctrine of the Mean and Mencius.

The Doctrine of the Mean states that maintaining emotional balance brings harmony to nature. Mencius teaches that every person is born with benevolence, righteousness, propriety, and wisdom. Lee used these as philosophical foundations. He believed imbalances in emotions (sorrow, anger, joy, pleasure) affect the organs, and human nature relates to the lungs, spleen, liver, and kidneys. Though not proven by modern Western medicine, this theory can be a helpful guide to physical and mental health. Studies suggest that constitution, temperament, and personality may shift after one's 40s depending on lifestyle and circumstances. Lee classified constitutions into four types: BP (Big Plus), SP (Small Plus), BM (Big Minus), and SM (Small Minus). These are further divided into hot (P) and cold (M) constitutions, resulting in eight types.

This psychological test identifies your type and helps enhance health and balance temperament and personality accordingly. Constitution and temperament are inherently imbalanced. Imbalance seeks balance. The ideal state is called 'Yin-Yang Harmonious Person (陰陽和平之人).' Thus, following the opposite tendencies helps achieve balance. Based on this result, we provide personalized strategies for health and meditation. Couples taking the test together will receive an additional compatibility analysis.
