kmindr Introduction
Value
‘kmindr’ is a form of ‘K-Meditation’ that integrates traditional Korean Buddhist practices with psychology and neuroscience. It is a meditation platform designed to promote a healthy and happy life through three key principles: mind review, mind revolution, and mind reset. Based on a preliminary psychological assessment that considers each individual’s physical characteristics and personality structure, kmindr offers personalized lifestyle habits and meditation methods that are best suited to each user. Meditation practices that do not align with an individual's needs may actually have negative effects on the body and mind. This solution is designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of religious background.
K-Meditation focuses on facilitating positive changes in brain function. It aims to stabilize the amygdala, which can be impaired by modern stress, and activate the prefrontal cortex. It also helps reduce greed, anger, and ignorance, while strengthening both physical and mental immunity. K-Meditation enhances self-regulation and resilience, helping individuals recover quickly from failure or fear. With regular practice, it can enhance the power of love, peace, insight, and wisdom.
Republic of Korea(South Korea) is the only country where the traditional practices of Mahāyāna Buddhism have been continuously preserved and passed down since their transmission to East Asia. Many of today’s popular meditation techniques can trace their roots to the 1,600-year-old tradition of K-Meditation. At kmindr, basic posture and breathing training are offered free to everyone. The solution includes vocal meditation based on Korean script and Buddhist mantras, bell sound meditation, mindfulness practices, and Seon(Korean Zen) meditation techniques. kmindr will also continue to share valuable meditation-related content through YouTube.
Psychological Examination
We are asking for two types of essential psychological tests before we go into meditation.

CTPI
CTPI is based on four types of medicine that Lee Je-ma systematized based on empirical research and clinical practice.
He was a great Confucian and medical scholar in Korea in the 1900s, and he systematized this theory based on the Confucian thoughts of Confucius and Mencius, as well as The Yin-Yang(nagative-positive) and Five Elements Theory of the Book of Changes.
This test diagnoses physical and personality traits and provides guidance on improving an individual's life and appropriate meditation methods.

ATCI
ATCI is a tool developed based on the study of Yogacara, the psychology of Mahayana Buddhism.
This tool will present one's mental state and the meditation methods and meditation sequences that are most appropriate for one.
