(1) After logging in, select a subscription plan—3 months, 6 months, or 1 year—and complete the payment.
(2) Take the CTPI and ATCI assessments to understand your constitutional type and psychological state, and determine the appropriate order of practice.
(3) Learn the meditation posture and breathing techniques through the Free Version (Ⅰ).
→ Based on your assessment results and the recommended practice sequence, begin the Five-Mind Settling Meditation (Ⅱ).
→ Deepen your practice through the Five-Mind Settling Singing Bowl Interval Meditation (Ⅲ).
→ Practice Korean Bell Meditation (Ⅳ) whenever time allows.
→ Engage in Mindfulness and Hwadu Meditation (Ⅴ) only after practicing the previous meditations consistently for at least six months.
→ Thereafter, cultivate the habit of independent self-practice.
